Questions

What counts as an AI reply?
One turn with Ask Flo (however many steps it changes), one sub-process build, one analysis or report. Reading, editing and exporting by hand never count. Replies reset on the first of each month (UTC).
What happens when I run out?
Ask Flo tells you before you send. On Pro and Team you can add a pack of 250 replies for $8 whenever you need it — packs never expire. Everything else keeps working.
How do Team replies work?
Each seat adds 400 replies to one shared pool, so a heavy week for one consultant draws on the whole team's allowance.
I'm on the old Pro + AI plan. What changes?
Nothing you have to do. Pro now includes AI for everyone, so your plan is simply called Pro. Email support@flostudio.ai whenever you want to move to the new $12 price.
Can my own AI agents use FloStudio?
Yes. Pro and Team include API keys for our MCP server, so Claude, Cursor or your own agents can read and edit your engagement's process levels with the same validation and audit trail as the app. Agent edits that call Flo count as replies; direct edits do not.
